  • .Adjust back knee to promote a neutral pelvis

  • Reach front arm down by side, look over the shoulder

  • Press into both hands to twist through the T-spine

  • Hips squared away from anchor point

Return

Press hands into cradles, return both hands overhead, step front foot back to start
