Adjustment

Mid-calf

Position

GFA

Start

  • On hands and knees, one foot in cradles

  • Drop down to elbows, hands interlaced

Movement

  • Rest crown of head in palms; keep pressure in elbows

  • Press foot into cradles

  • Pike hips up and over shoulders

  • Lift foot forward

  • Float foot to ceiling, press back foot into cradles; joints stacked

Return

Return upper leg to floor and slowly come back to hands and knees
