Rest crown of head in palms; keep pressure in elbows

Press foot into cradles

Pike hips up and over shoulders

Lift foot forward

Float foot to ceiling, press back foot into cradles; joints stacked
Return
Return upper leg to floor and slowly come back to hands and knees
